• The position is for a UK Water Utility SME, to work with the CIO, Head of IT, leadership team to help build propositions, business cases, budgets and help the client with their digital transformation journey.
• Good understanding of UK Water Utility sector
• Support the process of taking customer's digital services through a structured engagement process
• Business case & strategy development
• Strategic thinking: the ability to shape and solve problems using a fact-based approach to drive out insight
• Identify and analyze problems and issues that may affect the successful adoption of the services
• Work within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing, and delivering work
• Analyse business requirements and user needs to agree on detailed functional and technical specifications and plans, drawing on input from specialist colleagues within the program
• Experience in development and implementation of operating models and process redesign
• Experience in relevant tools and techniques: such as strategic and detailed operating model design, customer journey mapping, process mapping, Lean techniques, business architecture, organization design, organization sizing, governance, role design and the development of business cases etc.
• Pursue opportunities and help the development of content and pitches for different opportunities and delivering commercially viable propositions
• Actively contributing to the development of 'assets' and IP's including methodology, tools, templates, guidelines and lead initiatives to continuously improve and integrate them with Customer's different units
