The Manager-Client Services (MCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The MCS works together with his manager (Senior MCS/Group MCS) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the MCS handles a single account or part of a large account with P&L of $20MM to $40MM.
  
Role Responsibilities:
 
-The opportunity to work alongside a sales leader, and manage revenue and sales target for a portfolio.  
 
-Play as a strategic partner to help analyze and provide ground intelligence on client needs and relationships.
 
-Create and help manage the overall partnership, conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities with the objective of growing business.
 
-Create leads and opportunities within the portfolio
 
-Engage in proactive sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and further convert prospects to proposals
 
-Work closely with company's service lines to come up with proposals
 
-Showcase company's capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interactions
 
-Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
 
-Present go-to-market solutions to cross-sell and up-sell
 
 
 
Requirements:
 
-Must be a sales professional with at least 10 years of complex IT solutions selling experience
 
-At least 3 years of experience in Finance or Banking.
 
-At least 5 years of experience in Germany.
 
-Fluent in German
 
-Ability to provide Competitor analysis and Opportunity analysis.
 
-Identify suitable opportunities and develop plans to strategically engage with Clients.
 
-Perform quantitative analysis, and develop proposals and SoW, Contract negotiations, MSA and Closure, either assisting a larger team or as an individual contributor.
 
-Experience in Account planning and ability to identity right contacts, create opportunities for account mining.
 
-Ability to manage and build relationships within and outside the organizations to influence and resolve issues with the customer.
 
-Ability to independently lead portfolios and grow the market-share from the customer.
 
-Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
