Our Client is a University of Oxford spinout, they have developed smart glasses which improve the lives of people with low vision. These smart glasses are inspired by fundamental research into how the brain construes visual information and enable a user to gain the most out of their remaining vision. These glasses are designed to deliver a step change in quality of life via intelligent image interpretation technology.

You will have the opportunity to quickly become a key player in the company's sales and marketing initiatives using your design and administrative skills. You will continue to develop your copywriting and digital marketing expertise, and to contribute to and shape company campaigns to drive product visibility and sales. As their dedicated marketing coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high-quality production of customer and company newsletters, web site updates and promotional materials. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating their presentations and displays at partner organisations, conferences and trade shows.

This is an opportunity to be a key influencer in the public image of the company. Through their promotional materials and marketing, you will help tell the company's story and provide exciting and potentially life-changing products to visually impaired people around the globe. You will ensure that the company's promotional materials are of the highest standard and ensure that customers and commercial partners are well informed and engage with promotional material.
You will work as part of their sales and customer care team to provide the ultimate customer experience.

The Marketing Manager will ideally be:
• Educated to degree level at a UK university or equivalent.
• Experienced in copywriting, design, marketing or events management.
• Knowledgeable in design software such as Publisher, Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop as well as MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of website management such as SEO and advertising optimisation and analysis
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Experience writing online marketing copy would be a plus.
• High in attention to detail with a results-orientated, problem-solving attitude and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent at organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience contributing content to websites and using databases and mailing lists such as MailChimp.

The Marketing Manager will ensure the highest level of customer experience by:
• Work as part of a team to design, produce and distribute promotional material.
• Assist in preparing for events and conferences.
• Be involved in maintaining the company's promotional collateral and website.
• Sharing ideas on best practice to help improve our marketing values.
• Promote Company's vision
