Europe Lead - Customer Experience Transformation
Our Client is a very fast growing Global IT Outsourcing company who have a significant presence in UK & Europe and are now looking for a Europe Lead - Customer Experience Transformation
* The role will report directly into the SVP Europe and dotted line to Global Leader for Customer Experience Transformation is based in India. This role will cover the whole of Europe (in the UK - this person will have to work with the vertical-based hunting and farming team, and in the Continental Europe + Nordics - work with the Geo-based hunting and farming team).
* The role includes both hunting (get new deals for Customer Experience Transformation in totally Net-New customers) and farming (generate pipeline of Customer Experience Transformation deal in existing accounts).
* Over the next few years, the role comes with the freedom to decide and execute Sales structure which will report into this role
* Hunting strategy and support needed - including Inside sales (for cold-calling), Direct Marketing (including online/ social selling approaches)
* Analyst and Advisor coverage - including messaging, outreach etc.
* Align with the company's wider CXT practice - and provider regional inputs into the offerings development
The role needs an understanding of all key service offerings including
o Customer facing Applications like multi-channel systems - and transformation of them through enabling Chatbots, Conversational UI including their security and adding a cognitive function to them
o Business applications - and their AI/ Voice/ Devices/ Talking apps strategy
o Analytics
o Infrastructure (especially Cloud)
o Traditional Call-centres/ customer contact centres and their transformation using Omni-channel customer management, Virtual agents, Virtual assistants etc.
• Expected KPIs will be
o TCV booked,
o GM of the TCVs booked
o Number of Net-new accounts where CXT deal pipeline has been generated, and
o Number of Existing accounts where CXT deal pipeline has been generated
